Fresh seafood. bad attitudes.

I'm not really a fish person, but I go there to get my mom a fish sandwich, the owner and the staff is alway nice and pleasant....never had a bad experience at Destin

Cole slaw not cold. Sea food just ok.

I was told a 20 minute wait for 4 fish sandwiches and an order of shrimp.A hour and 8 minutes later I got hard warm fish!!

Just had the amberjack poboy and it was delicious...the grill was closed due to close to 5pm but the cook grilled it anyway..thanks alot

Freshest seafood for hundreds of miles around. Picked the red snapper up to grill tonight. And grilled this Cobia yesterday. Go tell David the owner I said hello.

Good freshfish all the time

Kind of pricey to what I am use to( from tampa) but very fresh...even gave us updates on when a shipment of oysters would be in that day. Nice people and do have some extras like hot sauce and horseradish for purchase.

People were very friendly, but my 🍞 was hard and cut my lip, the breading on my 🦐 didn't stick, the food was luke warm.

Best shrimp and fish in town

A hidden gem in town. I usually head to Publix for seafood, but decided to try something different. It is nice and clean and customer service is great.

You have to try the sea trout that they have here. Service is good. Friendly people.

They don’t pick up phone calls. When a lot of people trying to call them, they should start having there phones queuing people. It’s really bad that you have to keep calling and hoping they would pick up on a busy day. This is bad business, because some people would call for 30 min and still don’t get a answer, but if someone new just call they get it in the first try. I love this restaurant but this makes want to avoid restaurant like this.

Destin connection has awesome Seafood and they will cook to order while you wait. The people are very nice and they have a wide selection. Not crazy about the coleslaw it has a bitter taste. Otherwise, no complaints. My husband and I often stop for fried trout sandwiches. It will blow your mind! Simply Delicious!

I came in on 9/20/19 in the hopes of eating some good whiting fish. After waiting for over 30 mins. through loud talking and all, I was given cold, hard fish and fries. I won't be back!!!!!!!!!!

Destin sells a lot of fish but some have a point of cutting you off when odering on the phone with a nasty attitude. I ordered a spanish mackerel for my granddad who eats fish every Friday from there. I was informed the fish cost first, then told it was large and he wasn't gonna cut it or cook it and hung up on me. You cant get your fish cooked to your order

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everything is cooked fresh so I would advise you to call ahead. They have a very large selection of fresh fish and they eill prepare it for you for a small fee. Destin Connection is definitely delicious.

This place is extremely busy, so I guess that means they have good food. I went for crawfish but they don't sell them. They had fresh fish that you could pick from and they will cook it for you.

This place is a family tradition now. We go often to get some freshly fried flounder.

This is the second year in a row that my family bought fresh shrimp and fish from Destin Connection and brought it with us to our beach vacation. In my experience, we can't find seafood that is more fresh in the area. Why pay the high prices one pays when on the gulf, when one can get the freshest seafood at a great price right here in "The Gump"? We made a nice meal of grilled shrimp and vegetables with one of my wife's signature salads. (See the pic). Even the kids lined up to tell me "Thank You, I loved dinner"! Our family from Texas, who own a restaurant and catering company, have loved our "Destin Connection" for the last two years on our family vacation! Thanks guys!!

A really decent selection of "fresh" and glossy eyed seafood choices. Usually have Canadian crab legs and dungeonese crabs available. The service can be questionable at times, if you have a watchful eye that is tuned in...yet, this is a recommended seafood business, and is very clean.

The Catfish I ordered was excellent 👌👍 I love how they have the fishs, shrimps, and crabs displayed on Ice which is a beautiful showcase to me.. I like that part more than my food cause of the beautifully way they have it setup.. Will visit again and buy some cooked and some not cooked to take home and cook myself..

Great place to get a variety of seafood, cooked and uncooked. Service is good and staff go that extra mile for the customer. My favorite red snapper. Go enjoy.

They alright the owner cool but some of his workers don't have good customer service

I'm not sure if your lobster is caught and processed by you, or if you just buy and resell the tails, but it's clear to me that these were not handled properly/not on ice soon enough after the catch, and had bacteria prior to cutting them up and freezing them.6 hours after eating these, 3 of us had them coming out of both ends.
